Preface
Towards the
extremity of 20th Century, the advent of whole new world or order took
place that stirred communication systems, global economic development
and transport of man, machine and material at such a huge scale that
has never been witnessed in the history of mankind. This directly
resulted in the stimulated mutual interdependence of different
economies. Chronologically, this resulted into the development of
procedural and technical code that was common to all so that products /
services would cross political crossroads easily.
For this purpose,
the need to provide objective evidence regarding technical
